Sadly, I have said for years we will not rid this country of racism until my generation (I am 67 Y.O.) dies and my children’s generation passes away. Realistically, it might take three cycles. That is another 40-70 years of misery and ignorance.

You are one of the best writers I have come across.
I dispare everyday and I am white. Human beings in the upper rungs of society, at all levels, are subject to greed, and bribery every single day. Mark Twin said it best: “in all the ages three fourths of the support of the great charities has been conscience-money.”
This country is toast. We are done. Why? Even Obama has supported three tax cheat candidates and called them “honest mistakes”. I am a nobody and know when you are cheating on your taxes. They are MBA’s and Dr’s. Big wheels that presumedly got where they are by pulling on their bootstraps (inheritances) and working hard (ha). What a line. All humans are prone to bribery. Another reason is we are consumers now. We do not make anything anymore. We are a financial house of cards.
It is over and it ain’t going to come back except as a police state.
